I cant say enough! We had been fighting with our insurance company for a year on a roof leak (house is 16 years old). We called many roofer and some would come out, some wouldnt. They would just tell us that our shingles were brittle and leave. **** actually talked to us about it and worked with our insurance company, and we FINALLY got a new roof! He spent a lot of time doing this and that Im soooo grateful for! His crew did an awesome job and the clean up after looked like they werent even here! Please call him if you have any needs! **** and his crew at Chase Roof Inspections did a fantastic job with my roof. From start to finish I was satisfied and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I was nervous about getting a roof because it is such a ********** item and **** walked me through everything along the way to put my mind at ease. The attention to detail was impressive. They pained the stacks and vents to match the roof and it looks super slick. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood now. I got about 6 or 7 quotes. John actually came in just a few dollars and I do mean few, with the best labor warranty and a shingle warranty for 50 years..non-proated.! I have had the roof a year and had to call him back just to discover the problem wasn't with the roof but the chimney. They were prompt with returning my call and showing up to check it out. I turned my nephew on to them and he is equally happy with the job and price. Chase was the best decision I've made in a long time!

Within hours of submitting my request, John contacted me, came by to prepare an estimate and contacted my insurance company - all on a Saturday! John let me know what to expect from the insurance company, what the procedures would be, and was excellent at communicating details. He was here when the insurance adjuster came by and I was quite surprised that the adjuster left a check to cover the replacement of my entire roof. The shingles were delivered when John said they would be and they were placed in the driveway just where I requested. The roofing crew showed up in the morning and by the time I got home from work, I turned the corner to see my beautiful new roof. Everything was done efficiently, neatly and courteously. I feel very fortunate to have found Chase Roof Inspections and John Swindle.
