Best roofing company out there! My next door neighbor used them last year. Their crew was huge! Showed up on time and completed the job (big job) the same day! I can’t say how pleased we are with them. Our house looks brand new!! Great job!!
John alleviated my very stressful situation! Although I was interested in a roof replacement, he stated the roof was good for another 5 to 7 years! No other roofing contractor told me that! I appreciate his timeliness and honesty! I decided to go forward with the roof replacement, since replacement costs are going up every year.

I got about 6 or 7 quotes. John actually came in just a few dollars and I do mean few, with the best labor warranty and a shingle warranty for 50 years..non-proated.! I have had the roof a year and had to call him back just to discover the problem wasn’t with the roof but the chimney. They were prompt with returning my call and showing up to check it out. I turned my nephew on to them and he is equally happy with the job and price. Chase was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. I just needed a section of my roof repaired and there was no attempt to up sell me on a new roof?just professional advice on the repair I needed. Through no fault of theirs, there was a mismatch in the shingle color. As it was due to rain soon, Chase roof recommended they complete the mismatched installation and would come back and make it right. As soon as the weather cleared, they came back and corrected the problem at their expense. I give this company my highest recommendation! When it?s time for a new roof, I will give them our business. 5+ stars!
When you find someone whose work is excellent, you want to tell everyone you can. John is that guy! I used John about 8 years ago to replace my roof. From the time John came out to inspect the roof until the project was completely finished, John was easy to work with. John did everything he promised and the roof looked great when finished. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again. I am in the home design business and he always responds quickly when I have a question or job for him. Without worrying that he will make me look bad, I recommend John and Chase Roofing every time a roofing project is involved. My customers have never been dissatisfied. Donâ t hesitate to call John.

H?humble?The company representative, John, was most humble in discussing my concerns. He listened, never acted condescending, and never engaged in that ?I have superior knowledge? parlance of most salesmen. A?accommodating?John and his crew were flexible in scheduling my roofing project and gracious in addressing my work-in-progress inquiries. S?skilled?The contracting crew proved adept in their job performance even though my project required more than the straight forward remove and replace of the standard process. E?efficient? Peace of Mind! This company is top notch! Chase Roof Inspections John Swindle and his team provided exceptional communication, service,professional, efficient, quality roof and gutters. Understandable explanations of our needs. The confidence from working with him and his team gave us a tremendous peace of mind. Before, during and after we were given information about the product, the process, the day of, and follow up on all levels. Even the delivery of the product. Everything we were told happened! When you hire work for something as personal as your home, you want to put it in the hands of professionals. This company has restored our confidence and peace of mind in our home. I just needed an evaluation to correct a problem from another roofing company. He was recommended by a gutter company, responded immediately, gave knowledgeable and easy-to-understand answers, and I wish I had known about him to begin with!
Excellent! We were very pleased with the service and superior GAF architectural shingles. Work was done in a professional, timely manner. All mess from old roof cleared out. John is the best! We love our new roof!!
John and his team did everything they said they would do and exceeded my expectations. After this experience, i’ll always use John for any work needed on my roof.
I’ve been trying to get my roof replaced for about 3 years now due to brittle and bad shingles that would fly off my roof on any storm. Every time it rained I would lose one or two shingles. I have contacted over 8 different contractors which never returned my call, or never gave me an estimate. I finally put the insurance claim in by myself only to be rejected due to “not enough damage”. My insurance company said there was only $600 worth of damage. I gave up being so frustrated with the insurance games for almost a year. Late one Sunday night, I just got on Angie’s Lists. ( I have never used this site because it always asked for personal information but this time I signed up ). I found 4 roofing companies that had high stars, and read the reviews. I picked 3 of the 4 to send my contact information to them. 10 minutes after I got off the list, Chase Roof Inspections contacted me and left a message. I explained to John about the insurance and was upfront that either insurance or out of pocket, I need my roof replaced. He did everything he could to show State Farm that my roof was bad, but they still would not budge. So, without me having to sue my own insurance company for basically not doing their job. I had Chase Roof Inspections replace my roof. 2 weeks pass by with all of the work Chase has in its pipeline and I’m up. The Chase team shows up early at 6:30 AM and works all day until 7:00 PM and they are finished. They never missed a beat. My home looks better than it was brand new, ( I know I had it built ) and my yard is clean of debris! The workmanship from his team is fantastic, they were always polite, never bothered me at all. Chase was always right there letting me know in communication what was going on. In my line of work, communication is key for a successful project as well as the quality of work. His company provides all the above.
Mr. John handled all the paperwork with my insurance company. All we had to do was provide our signature. The crew was very good and completed the job in a very timely manner. The cleanup was as good as the job itself. If there is ever a question, Mr John will make sure you are pleased with all services. I would never hesitate to call Chase Roofing and services.

**** took care of us! His crew was in and out in just 3 hours for a complete roof! Best part was – I didnt find a single nail anywhere on the ground afterwards. True professionals!
Chase Roof Inspections did an outstanding job installing a new roof on our house! Every member of the crew worked hard all day until the job was complete! I highly recommend them!!
Chase Roof Inspections is the company we are now recommending to neighbors, friends, and colleagues. We contacted Chase for a second opinion after another company urged roof replacement. ***********************, Chase’s Certified Roof Inspector, noted repairs were needed for flashing and nail pops, and advised a new roof was not needed. He explained the stain we were informed was caused by a roof leak, was instead formed by condensation. ****************** suggested affordable remedies to increase the quality of our attic ventilation to prevent that, which we will pursue.We’ve decided to schedule annual roof inspections by Chase Roof Inspections. Our neighborhood is fraught with failing roofs installed by unethical, often unlicensed, uninsured, and unbonded ‘roofers’. A roof is a large expense and we now understand the importance of preventive maintenance. When the time comes to install a new roof, we will choose Chase. We will then have peace of mind it’s installed correctly –helping us to avoid potential liability later if/when selling our home,
I cant say enough! We had been fighting with our insurance company for a year on a roof leak (house is 16 years old). We called many roofer and some would come out, some wouldnt. They would just tell us that our shingles were brittle and leave. **** actually talked to us about it and worked with our insurance company, and we FINALLY got a new roof! He spent a lot of time doing this and that Im soooo grateful for! His crew did an awesome job and the clean up after looked like they werent even here! Please call him if you have any needs! Highly recommended.

Of the 3 quotes I received for a new roof, **** was the only contractor to state that my roof was good for another 5 to 7 years. I decided to have the roof done anyway, since costs are going up every year. **** provided great detail as to what areas of my roof needed special attention and why. I so appreciated his honesty and integrity.

We contacted Chase for a second opinion after another company urged roof replacement. ***********************, Chase’s Certified Roof Inspector, noted repairs were needed for flashing and nail pops, and advised a new roof was not needed. He explained the stain we were informed was caused by a roof leak, was instead formed by condensation. ****************** suggested affordable remedies to increase the quality of our attic ventilation to prevent that, which we will pursue.We’ve decided to schedule annual roof inspections by Chase Roof Inspections.
